3. Refund & Return Policy (रिफंड और रिटर्न नीति)

We take utmost care in packaging and delivering fresh products.

• If you receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@devvratorganic.com along with clear photographs and an unboxing video.

• Due to health and hygiene standards for organic goods, used, opened, or tampered products are not eligible for return.

• Once the issue is verified and approved, refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
